In Episode 53 of Literary Prospects, we talk with author Julia Dahl about her new thriller, I Dreamed of Falling.
Julia is a journalist and author. Her novels include The Missing Hours, Conviction, Run You Down, and Invisible City, which was a finalist for the Edgar Award for Best First Novel, one of the Boston Globe’s Best Books of 2014, and has been translated into eight languages. Her fifth novel, I Dreamed of Falling, is out now. A former reporter for CBS News and the New York Post, Julia now teaches journalism at NYU. She holds a BA from Yale and Masters Degrees in Creative Writing and Journalism from The New School and American University. She lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband and son.
